We’re keen to hear from enthusiastic early-career engineers who:
- Are studying towards or have recently completed a degree, HND, or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related Engineering fields.
- Have a genuine interest in healthcare and life sciences.
- Enjoy working collaboratively and are eager to learn from experienced professionals.
- Possess problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
As an Apprentice / Graduate Engineer, you’ll:
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of life science and medical technology solutions.
- Support senior engineers on projects, gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle – from concept through to regulatory-compliant manufacture.
- Learn to work with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, and operations.
- Assist in building prototypes, running experiments, and analysing data.
- Develop an understanding of regulatory standards and how they apply to real-world product development.
- Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and problem-solving energy to the team.
