  • Mechanical and electrical installation of equipment
  • Utility connections (power, compressed air, water, gases as required)
  • Calibration of sensors and instrumentation
     

Functional testing

  • Testing of control systems and automation
  • Trial runs to check mechanical and process performance
Installation and Commissioning Service

Performance qualification

  • Running validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) as per GMP/GLP requirements
  • Process optimisation to ensure consistent operation
  • Documentation and compliance sign-off
     

Training and handover

  • Operator and maintenance staff training
  • Provision of manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation
  • Handover of a fully commissioned machine ready for production
