James Juniper has recently joined the team as Head of Sales, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in decontamination capital equipment and after-sales solutions.
Throughout his career, James has developed extensive commercial and technical expertise across healthcare CSSD, laboratory, biomedical and pharmaceutical environments. He has a strong understanding of sterile reprocessing workflows and the critical role reliable, well-matched equipment plays in delivering safe and effective outcomes.
Before joining Life Science Technology, James spent the last two years with Sychem, representing the full Steelco portfolio across the UK, including autoclaves, washer disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners, low-temperature sterilizers and CSSD furniture solutions. Prior to this, he spent 18 years with BMM Weston, supplying autoclaves and washers to NHS trusts, private hospital groups such as Spire and Ramsay Healthcare, and laboratory sectors in the UK and internationally.
James is known for his consultative approach, working closely with customers to ensure confidence in their equipment decisions. His focus at Life Science Technology is on delivering solutions that improve outcomes across the entire decontamination and sterile reprocessing process.
